This product was the perfect size for me, and the outside of it is beautiful! Overall I would recommend this product, but there was one thing that I don't like - it's not as cold as I'd expected for a brand-new refrigerator.
The milk stays good, but it's not "ice-cold" like some fridges get. I turned the settings up to max and it's still just mostly cold.
Aside from that, I'm very pleased.

Great Fridge, Bad Delivery

When we called customer service they said that they would be able to pick it up no problems and exchange the fridge for a new fridge. 2 weeks later they called us back and said they could not do so because the fridge was no longer in stock at their warehouse and the closest store that had it still was over an hour away which they would not ship from but instead we would have to drive down there to exchange it. Since this was an error on their behalf, I believe they were wrong and they would not take back the damaged good for a return but rather only offered an exchange, since the product was opened. The fridge itself is ruining well minus cosmetic damage, but the customer service for best buy online concerning this product was awful. I would recommend this fridge, but not bought by best buy!

The shelves are not tall enough to allow for a half-gallon of milk, or the storage of anything more than about four inches tall. Having said that, I'm happy with its quiet efficiency and handsome appearance.
