Posted by: McGNJ from NJ on 12/07/2012I've now returned 2 different units after having the exact same problem. If you leave the base plugged in for around 2 hours the unit stops responding. I do not mean leave it on for 2 hours. I mean just plugged in. When you go to use it it will be dead. The only way to reset it is to unplug it and plug it back in. Then it will work. But 2 hours later the same problem will occur. Not what I expected out of the company.
