The fan is very powerful! It is very noisy, but that is ok with us. When we installed it, one of the light sockets was broken. The Geek Squad came out the next day and it was fixed within 15 minutes! Great service. Love Best Buy!

Good Basic Microwave

Fell apart, GE said too bad

Posted by: lcompy from Tustin, CA on 01/28/2013After 6 months, the door handle just shattered. Had one yr. warranty, but GE said it was cosmetic, and would charge me $250 to replace door. It only cost $160. After 13 months, the control panel started operating on it's on. It cost $170 to replace that part. Of course, after the 12 mo. warranty expired. I could go on with other problems, but you get the point. STAY AWAY FROM GE PRODUCTS.

Buyer Beware

Went to best buy with warranty to replace unit, they had none in stock even though it was sunday and the start of new sale ad and this item was featured in ad on sale. Wanted to sell more costly unit the only 1 microwave they had in stock, or come back in a week or two for this unit when it might be instock. This was a 80 mile round trip,would not ship to us. Not very happy with assistant manager who not helpful at all and told us we could go to a competitor to buy.
