Acceptable, but just barely

Ours is flawed because the power button is maddeningly difficult to get to stay engaged when powering on. After we get it engaged, it is fine, so we plugged it into a surge protector and use that to turn it off and on. Otherwise, it's fine, although it would be better if the screen was color, higher resolution, and a bit more interesting overall.

Why should I have to pay the difference in price when The machine didn't work? So Best Buy doesn't have to pay the difference for selling broken items. My mother got the same one and hers didn't work either. I told her don't bother going to best buy they won't replace it even with the guarantee anyway, THANKS FOR NOTHING BEST BUY!!!!
