The unit and performance is good for our purposes, a toy for my daughter and friends. Ours is flawed because the power button is maddeningly difficult to get to stay engaged when powering on. After we get it engaged, it is fine, so we plugged it into a surge protector and use that to turn it off and on. Otherwise, it's fine, although it would be better if the screen was color, higher resolution, and a bit more interesting overall.3 out of 5 found this review helpful.

My karaoke machine just completly stopped working and even though I got the protection for it when I went to trade it in the didnt have it in stock and gave me a gift card for the sale price to buy it online. Why should I have to pay the difference in price when The machine didn't work? So Best Buy doesn't have to pay the difference for selling broken items. My mother got the same one and hers didn't work either. I told her don't bother going to best buy they won't replace it even with the guarantee anyway, THANKS FOR NOTHING BEST BUY!!!!15 out of 16 found this review helpful.

Overall, it's a pretty good machine. I literaly use it everday. All I did was buy the protection plan on it and i switched out once because the microphone got funky after like a few months. But like i said, overall it's a neat device(:2 out of 2 found this review helpful.

This product is great for those casual parties where your friends just want to play around. The price is reasonable and the product seems sturdy enough. The sound output is actually really good, but I bought it with the intention of hooking up to my TV and surround sound. While the connection to the TV is great, the sound quality from the microphone through my surround sound speakers has a delay. This is quite disappointing. To resolve it, I connected some computer speakers to the karaoke machine to amplify the sound - that worked out ok, but it was an extra step and equipment I didn't expect. I'm going to do some research to see if a different caliber of red/white audio cables resolves the voice delay through the microphone.5 out of 5 found this review helpful.
