Acceptable, but just barely

Ours is flawed because the power button is maddeningly difficult to get to stay engaged when powering on. After we get it engaged, it is fine, so we plugged it into a surge protector and use that to turn it off and on. Otherwise, it's fine, although it would be better if the screen was color, higher resolution, and a bit more interesting overall.

Posted by: zingara34 from Holyoke,MA on 08/20/2012My karaoke machine just completly stopped working and even though I got the protection for it when I went to trade it in the didnt have it in stock and gave me a gift card for the sale price to buy it online. Why should I have to pay the difference in price when The machine didn't work? So Best Buy doesn't have to pay the difference for selling broken items. My mother got the same one and hers didn't work either. I told her don't bother going to best buy they won't replace it even with the guarantee anyway, THANKS FOR NOTHING BEST BUY!!!!
