Our installation professionals will:
Connect and configure new or existing Audio and Video components in a single room.
Setup up surround sound speaker system or soundbar (un-mounted, with exposed wiring). Verify that all speakers are properly positioned and working.
Secure the client-supplied (or manufacturer included, if applicable) mounting bracket under cabinet or to a standard frame wall.
Additional charges may apply for mounting to surfaces other than a standard frame wall or running cables through multiple stud bays. Your Agent will inform you of these charges before beginning the installation
Mount and secure Flat Panel TV which is 45" or smaller screen size, to above bracket.
Route client-supplied, in-wall rated cables for A/V devices through a standard frame wall (single stud bay). (Custom Mounting must be used when crossing stud bays with cables)
Connect the TV power cord to an existing AC power outlet (non-concealed only).
Ensure all wall-fished cable exit points are finished off with either a wall bushing or wall plate.
Add any network-capable devices in the system to an existing wireless network.
Perform any critical software/firmware updates.
Configure up to two Smart TV/Blu-Ray player apps for media streaming (i.e. Netflix, Pandora, CinemaNow, etc.)
Establish functionality of 3D glasses for TV, if necessary.
Program a non-learning type, manufacturer supplied, remote.
Set parental controls upon customer request.
Ensure that all wires and cables are neatly dressed and wire ties are used when necessary.
Clean-up work area and remove packaging.
Approximate time: 75 minutes. Time may vary based on the home and products being installed
The following are not included with this service:
Concealing speaker wire in wall, or any other types of custom wire runs or mounting.
Service does not include setup of a new router/network. Client must purchase Home Networking Service.
