Posted by: 4littlegirls from Orlando, FL on 06/09/2013Great customer service. They were very professional and detailed. The car was brand new and they were very careful working inside. They showed me how to operate the system after the installation.

Posted by: michjack04 from chesterfield, mi on 03/23/2013I had a overhead DVD player installed. The installation looks nice and things worked well till a few weeks ago. I called to ask about the warranty on the installation and was told just to bring my yellow paper up and they'd be happy to look at it. I had the thing installed 8 months ago and have no idea where the paper they are referring to might be. There is apparently no way to get the installation looked at under the warranty without this paper. This seems rather ridiculous to me in a company where everything is run by computers. You can pay for an item at one store, have a computer print a paper, and take it to another store to pick the item up not to mention all the other things you can do. Yet, you can't honor a warranty on your work without a slip of paper. I'm very displeased.
