Can I just buy the shield and do it myself?
You could, but it's trickier than it looks. We do these all the time so you can be sure it will be done right.
What will a screen shield protect against?
A screen shield won't help you if your tablet finds itself at the bottom of the pool, but it will protect the screen from scratches and other topical damages. It also helps minimize fingerprints.
Does this price include the cost of the shield?
Nope. The cost of the InvisibleSHIELD is not included.
Work to be Performed by Agent
Power on the device and verify hardware/software functionality
Install protective screen shield on device
Verify screen shield install is properly secured and bubble-free
Test device for proper functionality

poor workmanship

Posted by: zebrater from chicago on 03/22/2013I was not happy with the installation and was told to wait 24 hours and it will be fine. I am still waiting. Had I known the results of the screen protector i would never installed it. I am stuck with it and will have to see if eventually it starts peeling off.

didnt tell me it cost to have it installed

Posted by: ak2fl from florida on 03/22/2013The geek who checked me out didnt inform me that it cost anything to instal. He just said soand so is going to put this on for you. When I got andlooked at my reciept the instalation cost as much as the screen. Not happy about that.

Pricey convenience

Posted by: Doctress from on 03/22/2013I paid about $15 for the Geek Squad to place a screen protector on my ipad mini. I didn't want to set it the wrong way or smudge it. The Squad did it fast and perfectly... just not sure it was worth $15!
