Each time I have taken my computer in they have been able to fix the problem. The only negative part is the time it takes to get it back. I understand they have a lot of customers coming in with problems. I feel they may need to hire more techs who only job is to repair computers.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

The service was ok. Certainly the person at the counter was friendly, wrote down exactly what the problem was and did not make any promises that he knew couldn't be kept. The computer, when returned, wasn't significantly faster. There was no explanation as to what had been done or found. Also the web site tracking and the actual repair progress were not coordinated. On the day i checked the web site for the repair status it said my computer had yet to be given to a tech. 20 minutes later I got an automated call saying the repairs were complete. As the service agreement covers up to three computers I'll try it again with my backuop lap top.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

Cost about 100$ for their services, and I have had to call them twice. st time they passed me off. The second time the woman was very helpful, and stuck with me with patience. I wouldn't do it again though.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

The Geek Squad set up my new computer and old printer, loaded all my new software and saved me many headaches. The geek Squad technical help on the phone helped me with a problem I was having. I just sat here and watched them do the work! So cool!1 out of 1 found this review helpful.

I called the geek squad to see if they could help me download a Microsoft product on to my tablet. They told me I needed to go online and chat with someone to see if they could help me. I went online and did the chat and they told me that they could not help me and that I needed to take my tablet to the store and they could resolve my issue. I went to the store and the first "tech" didn't know how to use my tablet and I had to show her how to get to certain places. She couldn't help me so she had call another "tech" he did not know how to use my tablet either. he directed me to go to an online chat with Microsoft. We waited for about 10 minutes and he said he was going to go google my problem. While he was in the back googling my problem I figured out that you had to be in desktop mode to use the online chat feature so I switched over and when he came back he could not remember how to get back to the online chat. We finally found it and started the online chat. Microsoft ultimately could not help me and they advised to call the surface dept. He read the message and walked to a computer to google the problem again. I had to call the surface department on my personal phone and find the answer myself. I was on the phone for 30 minutes and by the time I got off the phone he was gone and I didn't see him anywhere so I left the store. Really bad experience.0 out of 1 found this review helpful.
