What An Album, What Great Lyrics, What A Voice, What A Way To Vent !!! I Have Always Liked Evan and Jaron since their obvious release in the 90's of "Crazy For This Girl" and I actually really liked their sophomore album "Half Dozen" that didnt get a big buzz going, But Is Most Definitely Worth A Listen. But This Album is Just Simply Great !!! Jaron has gone solo(without Evan) and Really Really created an ode to a breakup with this album. From the tough times you face, doubting yourself, wondering what happened, Getting Mad, Getting More Furious, Getting Even Through Song, and Growing From It, and Seeing The Light At The End. Just A Great Well-Written, Well Sung, Fantastic Album Song For Song, I Really Can't Stop Listening To It !!! Is It Time For Another Jaron Release Yet ??? Maybe a "If I'm Happy For You Means I Hate You" Bonus Track ???

Deliciously brilliant lyrics and unforgettable melodies are what define Getting Dressed in the Dark. Jaron and the Long Road to Love created an album that is down to earth and so relatable that if you have lived and loved, you will "get it". It's definitely an album worth listening to. This is an artist that appreciates his fans, and he does a great job of letting us know through personal interactions on his Facebook page. You will be hooked!
