Great printer except red ink must be dried up4

Printer barely works1

The problems started about 8 weeks after our purchase. It started first by jamming all the time and then saying there was no paper in it despite there being paper properly loaded.
Then the wifi stopped registering with my computer, requiring me to add the USB cord to the computer. The network sees the printer and everything is fine there and the computer even sees the printer, but the printer never receives information wirelessly all of a sudden.
Now the printer won't even scan to the computer any longer, despite being wired in (though it will print ONE PAGE AT A TIME because if you load more than one page, it jams or says there's no printer paper present#.
Lastly, the printer says the ink cartridges are all expired now #I've owned the printer for 6 months now) and it says we need to replace those. When I print black ink it's giving me a page that is clearly not printed correctly.
Yeah right. I'm never buying an HP printer again at this point and beware, you get what you pay for I guess. We got rid of our old HP professional all-in-one printer because we only print a few documents every couple of weeks, but this one is terrible.- I use it for: : Document printing

We were surprised how quick and wasy set up was. It is a real help to have the wireless options from my smartphone & laptop. Now my boyfriend got a tablet & was printing from that in no time also. We would recommend this printer. HP is the only computer brand in our home:-)1 out of 1 found this review helpful.
