HTC Droid DNA5

No one should really post a review until you have had the product for at least a month, first I would like to talk about the overall design of the Droid DNA. It's thin and fits well in the hand, the power button is a bit awkward sitting at the very top center of the device as well it sits flush with the phone so it's hard to feel. The volume rocker also sits flush with the device but is nice, I know right where it is so that doesn't bother me. All the red accents are nice! Verizon took away from the amazing good looks adding their logo to the top of the screen, if it bothers you I would consider buying an HTC butterfly touch digitizer and have that put on instead of having the ugly Verizon logo. Performance is nice! I pushed the Droid DNA as hard as I could and tried to make it fail, I played graphically intense games on the phone and it didn't even hiccup. The battery life is poor so I would maybe consider getting a power pack to carry around with you if you are on the go and not around a power outlet. Personally I feel the camera is just like most phones (average). It's not everything HTC made it out to be again I am talking about the camera. If you want a nicely designed phone with snappy responsiveness, high performance and poor battery life as well as no SD card slot then this is the phone for you! Overall I would recommend this to anyone who wants one of the best phones Verizon has to offer in terms of design and performance. Overall I'll give the phone 5 stars for design and performance!- Age : 18-24

Really like phones size and screen. Larger screen than most but phone is so thin fits in hand great. Speed is excellent and battery life has been better than expected, in part because I'm trying not to overload with apps to maintain speed and battery. Haven't tried Beats audio as it only works with headphones and I don't keep music on phone.
Only issue is getting used to settings for new software, but this version was pushed to my Thunderbolt, so this is result of either HTC or Android change not specific issue to this phone.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

The screen on this phone is amazing. The size is perfect. I don't find the sense UI laggy at all. The phone is fast. Mostly use the phone for reading articles using various apps, checking emails, texting. I can make it about a day and a half without needing to charge during normal usage.- Age : 35-44

I've had it for about a week now and am VERY impressed. Upgraded from a HTC thunderbolt which was great in its day but is now a little out dated(especially the battery). The user interface is just like my old thunderbolt so there was almost no learning curve. This phone is lightning fast and the beats audio over Bluetooth blew my mind. Night and day sound quality compared to any other non-beats phone while connected to my car radio. That one feature alone made this phone well worth the measly $149 upgrade price. The battery life is quite remarkable as well. I'm not a power user by any stretch of the definition, but i get 2 full days out of it even streaming pandora over Bluetooth for about an hour a day. Unfortunately there is no expandable memory or removable battery, so if thats a deal breaker this is not your phone. These things don't matter to me, 100% satisfied- Age : 25-34

you will love the camera, interface and screen. you may dislike the size and location of the power button. the battery lasted me from 7am to 10pm, but i usually go to bed at midnight, so i wouldnt have minded another two hours of use. not the strongest battery. the GS3 has a smaller size, just as nice camera, better button placement and longer battery by 2 hours.- Age : 25-34

I love this phone. I just wish it wasn't next to impossible to root and I wish I could remove the battery. I've had it for two months with no issues though. It froze on my once and I couldn't do anything about it due to the battery being internal. Also HTC Sense is pretty amazing.1 out of 1 found this review helpful.
