Overall the phone works great! I do sometimes have trouble connecting to the internet when I'm at home via wifi. Might be my router though. Phone is small and light. good screen and sound quality. I was bummed that there was no HMDI output on the phone. I wanted to HULU through it to my tv. This phone also has a great camera!- Age : 25-34
- Phone size: : Compact

I have been an iPhone user and was not really into getting an Android because of the apps. However, everything I could get on my iPhone I can get on this. The camera is better than an iPhone too.- Age : 25-34

The phone is fluid with HTC Sense, and if you use Google products (Gmail, Contacts, Calendar, etc), this will be a great 4G phone for you to get. Sometimes, things like the GPS and Wi-Fi are a bit slow to start, but when they are finally up and running, it's great (I use this phone as my sole GPS, whether I'm driving or walking!).
In terms of call quality, I can't complain - 4G with Verizon is the way to go, and I've only had dropped calls when I'm in insulated buildings.
The camera and camcorder are pretty amazing too - the quality is better than the handheld camera I've had for a few years.
If you are someone who uses a lot of apps (like me), then I highly suggest you buy an extended battery, because you will be needing to charge your phone ~twice a day, especially if you go in areas with poor cell reception.
In addition, I highly suggest you buy some sort of LCD screen protector because the screen can scratch very easily. Last but not least, I always get an odd 'buzzing' noise anytime I plug in earphones and am about to listen to music or other media - it stops once the media starts, but when nothing is playing, the buzzing is annoying.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

I love this phone. Had the first Droid Incredible, and this is a great step forward. It's responsive and fast, clean and organized. What I have started toying with is the vocal feature - talking into it instead of physically typing out my texts. It's spot-on and a lot of fun to use.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

First, in regards to the negative. The back cover/battery cover clips on the phone by very small clips. I have never had one break on me, but the cover can creak sometimes when you hold it. However, if you put this phone into any type of case, this problem goes away.
Now for the positives. I researched this phone a lot and cross shopped with the Motorola Droid Razr M. When I went to purchase they were both free, so price wasnt a factor. I have had one other HTC phone in the past, a Thunderbolt, and I really like the HTC sense interface. It adds a lot of very nice color to the stock Android look and feel. The HTC widgets are also very nicely done. All in all, I felt that the screen was superior to the Razr M. Sure the M is bigger, 4.3" versus 4" but, the navigation buttons (back, home and recent) are in the screen. So when they are visible, they take up part of the screen and thus the extra 0.3" goes away. Also, the screen on the M is AMOLED whereas the Incredible uses an LCD. What I noticed right off is that text on a white background on the M was very grainy, like it was low resolution. The same text on the Incredible was very clear and sharp.
I listen to a lot of music on my phone and the beats audio integration is nice. It gives a fuller sound, especially at the low end of the frequency spectrum.
The Razr M is running Android 4.1, while the Incredible is running 4.0.4, but I have not had any issues with slow response, crashes, etc. and the Incredible is slated to get 4.1 sometime this year. Even if it does not, I still think this phone is superior to the Razr M. The camera is fast, takes great pictures and has some nice, albeit simple, editing capabilities.
Lastly, for the best part. In the past, battery life has been a huge issue with HTC phones. I was not able to make it 8 hours on the standard battery for my old Thunderbolt. I have used this phone for over a week, and I have to say, I do not touch the charger except at night. I play music, read news, play games, make phone calls, download apps and many other functions requiring the screen to be on and I have made it all day so far every day. When at home using mostly wifi, I was unplugged for 16 hours and had 62% battery left. When using 4G, after 16 hours, I had 39% left.
I don't have a lot of widgets running that update constantly, but for the way I use it, the battery life is more than acceptable.
Great phone, if you like color, a nice, high quality user experience, please check out this HTC phone. I highly recommend it.- Age : 25-34
