Hamilton Beach - Wave Master 10-Speed Blender - Black

Makes great smoothies, but no so great on housegold chopping

I needed a new blade for my old blender but the part itself was nearly as much as a new blender. I bought the new one and still use the old base/motor. I use it at least once a day and it has lasted over five years.

This broke when I used it the 2nd time. Returned it and that was it. I think my next blender would be the $200 one or more expensive.

Owned for 7 years. Used over 500 times. Durable. Smoothies and Icies. Usually rinses clean, or solid glass pitcher on lower D/W rack, other parts upper. Pulse high or low; smoothie and other settings. Fresh or frozen fruit, OK. Have not tried food processing nor raw vegetables. Have seen plastic/rubber filings and/or smelled burning odor when run for over a minute at a time. Yet, still runs like new. Very pleased.
