Changing Your Shipping Information

You can change your shipping information online anytime before you place an order. But once you've placed an order, shipping information can only be changed before your order enters our shipping process. This is usually within one hour of placing the order.

To change your shipping information for future orders:

  • Sign in to My Account.
  • Select Shipping Addresses on the left.
  • You may edit or add as many different shipping addresses as you'd like.

To change your shipping information within one hour after an order is placed, call 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289).

Changing Your Shipping or Pickup Options

To change your shipping or pickup options after you've placed an order, call 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289).

  • To switch from shipping to store pickup, call within one hour of placing your order.
  • To switch from store pickup to shipping, call any time.

Changing Your Preferred Stores

To set or change your Preferred Stores:

  • Select Store Locator at the top of most BestBuy.com pages.
  • Enter your ZIP code or city/state.
  • Find your store and click on Add to Preferred Stores.
  • To remove a store from your list, click Remove
  • To save your Preferred Stores, sign in to your BestBuy.com account.
