Free professional installation is included when you sign up for DIRECTV. The professional installation of your system comes with a 1-year warranty.

When you sign up for DIRECTV online, you'll have a chance to schedule installation. If you do not schedule installation at the time of purchase, an installer will call you within 72 hours of your DIRECTV system's shipping date.

Installation is completed by DIRECTV and not Best Buy.
