Hundreds of software and game titles are available for download on BestBuy.com. Any digital downloads you purchase are stored securely in the Digital Library in My Account, so you can access and download them whenever you want.

Express Checkout

Most digital downloads can be purchased using Express Checkout, which lets you bypass the cart and quickly buy a single digital download using your BestBuy.com account. You can skip the cart. A BestBuy.com account is required for identification purposes and to use the downloader applications. If you don't have an account, you can create a BestBuy.com account today, it's easy.

Pre-orders for digital PC games cannot be cancelled within seven days of release.

All digital products are nonreturnable and nonexchangeable.

Sending a Digital Gift

To give someone a digital gift, simply add it to your cart and check the “Send as a digital gift” box in cart.

Gift recipients will be able to see all of the items purchased in the order that contain your gift item, so you may want to send digital gifts in a separate order.

NOTE: Digital products can be downloaded only in the United States.

Receiving a Digital Gift

If you receive a digital gift, you'll need to sign in to your BestBuy.com account or create a BestBuy.com account if you don't already have one.

After you sign in and retreive your gift, you can download it from the Digital Library in My Account.

You may change the e-mail address that you use to download your digital gift. If you are creating a BestBuy.com account, please enter the e-mail address you wish to use for downloads.

NOTE: You will continue to receive any applicable e-mails related to your gift at the e-mail address specified by the person who gave you the gift.

Canceling a Digital Gift

If you do not want to accept a digital gift, do not sign in. The digital gift will be automatically canceled 31 days after the gift was purchased. Or the gift giver can call Best Buy customer service at 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289) to cancel the gift.

Digital products sent via e-mail code cannot be canceled.

All digital purchases are eligible for Reward Zone program points.

Reward Zone Gamers Club members are eligible for bonus points for digital games and add-ons.

Geek Squad® Services

Many Geek Squad services, both in store and online, are available for purchase on BestBuy.com with redemption via an e-mailed code. If you have not received your code, or need to cancel or reschedule service, call Best Buy customer service at 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289).
