Forgot Your Password?

No problem. You can reset your password now. Enter your e-mail address and we'll send you an e-mail with a secure link to reset your password.

Change Your Password

It's a good idea to change your password periodically. You can change your password on your My Best Buy™ account overview page

To change your password:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Go to your Account Overview page.
  3. Go to the Profile section and select Password.  

You can begin using your new password immediately.​
