Marketplace Returns and Refunds

Best Buy Marketplace items cannot be returned to or exchanged by Best Buy. They must be returned to the Marketplace Seller.

To return a Best Buy Marketplace item:

  1. Review the Seller's Return Policy on their Seller page.
  2. Contact the Seller's Customer Service. Contact information can be found on the Seller page.

The Seller page can be reached through the Seller Directory or by clicking on the Seller's name on your order in My Account.

NOTE: Best Buy Marketplace items cannot be returned to any Best Buy stores.

Any returns or refunds given by the Seller will be updated in your order status on BestBuy.com.

For any questions regarding a refund when using My Best Buy™ certificates as the form of payment for Best Buy Marketplace items, contact Customer Service at 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289).

If you have already contacted the Seller and were unable to resolve the issues with your order, you can contact Customer Service at 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289). By providing details about your order and the steps you've taken with the Seller, a Customer Service Associate will work with you and the Seller to resolve the issue.
