Free Gifts

Bundle Savings

Best Buy sometimes offers savings on a bundle of items when they are purchased together. To take advantage of bundle packages, click on the offer and follow the instructions. In most cases, you'll need to add each item to your cart separately.

Quantity Discounts

Discounts are sometimes offered when you buy more than one of a particular item. To get the quantity discount, click on the offer and follow the instructions. In most cases, you'll need to add each item to your cart separately.

Promotional Codes and Digital Coupons

Best Buy sometimes offers promotional codes or digital coupons for special offers. To redeem, you must enter the promotional code or the promo code found on the digital coupon under Payment Method during checkout.

Using Promotional Codes

Unlike credit or debit cards, promotional codes used on digital coupons are debited at the time an order is placed. Digital coupons will automatically be redeemed to purchase totals, up to the total purchase amount. Digital coupons must be used prior to their noted expiration date and within a single transaction. Coupon cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen, or deleted, or if you cancel or return your purchase. In the event of a reduction in price below the coupon value, the excess value of the coupon will not be refunded.

You may not use digital coupons toward the purchase of Best Buy gift cards.

Special Offer Returns

 

If you return an item bought as part of a bundle or with a promotional discount and you do not return everything — not to worry. We will reimburse you for what you do return, minus the value of the discount or freebie.
