Great tablet for the price

I got it to take on our trip so I wouldn't have to lug our laptop. Was initially worried about the unknown brand but it is running great. Maybe because of my unfamiliarity with tablets, it took me a bit to get started but have finally started figuring everything out. Am really enjoying the convenience ot the lightweight device although I miss my keyboard.

I really wanted Google Play on this tablet because of the vast amount of apps available there. Other than that, I would not buy it for a second time.

Great for watching Video's & playing Angry Birds

Posted by: Just1Another1Customer from Portland, OR on 04/19/2013There are a lot of things that a novice or a small child like about this table... big screen to play your games on and to watch Netflix (once you download the 1mobile app because like a LOT of awesome apps they don't work on GetJar) My BIGGEST problem with this thing is you can not get Google play to install and most of the stuff that I want are on GP (Google Play) or get their payments through GP... there is one thing that I will give GetJar credit for and that all the app on it are free... currently that includes AngryBirds Seasons, Space & StarWars (and not just the simple free versions available on Google Play or Apple app store, they are the full versions) The main issue for me is that I want some fairly mainstream software (apps) that just are not available on GetJar or 1mobile... but for those who do not need a huge selection or who want there kids to not spend there money buying apps this Tablet will work well for you... If you want GPS to live track the night sky or to do some geocaching you can not do this on this Tablet... if you want a little entertainment on a long car ride or plane trip just load it on your sd card and stick it in the Tablet and you can enjoy your movie or whatever... This tablet does have mini usb ports so you can use a keyboard and/or mouse if you use this for school or writing or something like that... There is NO Blu tooth so make sure you do not get a case/cover with out a USB wired keyboard... So this has it's good and bad points so depending on your needs it could be the one for you... It was NOT the tablet for me being I mainly wanted to use it to run Sky Safari 3 Pro to look & learn more about the stars and everything in the night sky but this tablet would not work because of the lack of GPS to live track the sky and I could not buy the app because they take Google payments and is sold on Google Play or in the Apple App store... So I am going to wait and save up for a Samsung Galaxy or ipad... something with some more options but that is my needs...

I thought with paying a little more (although its still not expensive) it would be better quality. It freezes a lot and it often loses internet connection.

Great Tablet for my needs

The bad reviews came from people who wanted all the extras as a high quality desk top or laptop. Well thats not this tablet. If your needs are simple then this is the one. I work in my attic. I work with silk flowers and need to check email mostly. Going up and down to my desk top became to much exercise for me. I can surf the web, skype, make purchases, send and receive emails. Watch a movie. Its that simple. so if your needs are not high-tech this is the one for you.. The saying goes you get what you pay for....
