I purchased the product with the hope that I could replace having to take my clothes to the dry cleaners and save some money. That is simply not going to happen, the product does not press my clothes in a manner that I feel professional enough to show up at a business meeting. The shirt sleeves wrinkle very quickly after putting my shirt on. IT does work better on pants but I am still going to return the product.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

This steamer works fine. The unit has a shut off in case it runs out of water. Whenever the hose kinks, the unit shuts off and needs to be reset.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

I bought this item on sale and with my rewards, so I only paid about $35.00 for it CA-CHING!! I didn't buy it for clothing though. I needed to remove old wallpaper from my daughters bedroom. It took a while but no damage to the walls like the other options would have done. The not so great was the hose length. If I were steaming clothing i would have to set the unit on a chair or counter (The wheels indicate floor set-up). Still. I love the item.2 out of 2 found this review helpful.

My first steamer stopped working after the fourth use. I went back to Best Buy for an exchange. I thought maybe I just had a lemon, but my exchange unit died after completing my first steamed garment. This product is getting returned. It does what I bought it for, I like the bar and the attachments for hanging the item being worked on, but the low level safety switch keeps tripping even with the water reservoir completely full, requiring frequent resets during ironing2 out of 2 found this review helpful.

I have a dress that has a very full bottom half. It takes me about an hour to iron. I used the steamer and it was wrinkle free in 10 minutes! Then I started steaming everything in the house that was wrinkled. Every time the wrinkles came out in minutes. Awesome product. Throwing my iron and iron board away.5 out of 6 found this review helpful.

Fairly easy to use and does an adequate, but not outstanding, job at removing wrinkles from clothing and other items. Have to empty water from the equipment after each use. Also wanted to use it to remove wrinkles from several bedspreads and bedskirts, but did not do as good a job on those as on clothing and smaller items.2 out of 4 found this review helpful.
