    Not your typical holiday CD.

    Posted by: from Wichita, KS on 01/21/2013I wanted some nontraditional holiday music. I love the Shins, so I hoped this CD would have similar bands on it. Not so. There were a few songs I didn't mind. But the majority of the CD has forgettable, blah performances by bands that didn't seems to have the Christmas spirit!

    Great contemporary holiday CD.

Don't buy if you expect to hear classic renditions, but that should be obvious based on the artists on the track. Bought it to play at holiday party coming up on Saturday. Expect it to be a great soundtrack for the early-mid 20s age group which will be there.

    Great Christmas Album

    Posted by: from United States on 11/29/2012I love this album. It's very different than most; I like it because it isn't the same traditional stuff that you hear on every album. I don't like that it has such a range of style though. It's got real folksy to jazzy. But at the same time I guess I do like that about it because it gives you a variety of great Christmas music. And Paul McCartney has a song on it so of course it's good :)
