Posted by: nghtpwrlr from brandon, ms on 04/28/2013Be sure to read instructions on detergents to use so as to not cause premature break down of seals. though its light in comparison to a rug doctor you will have to empty tank more often. that said the tank and parts are easy to clean so thats a plus. little hard to maneuver but unless you put a dyson ball on it not sure how to fix that. Overall for the money its a great machine that has already paid for itself.

But after cleaning the carpet looked great! I have used other people's cleaners but this one dries faster and is easy to set and use.

Posted by: from New Boston, MI on 04/26/2013This cleaner works really well. the suction is great, keeping carpet drying time shorter than some other machines I've owned. It has plenty of features, too.
One thing I'd change about it: Too much plastic. I know it makes things lighter, but it also tends to shorten a products life.
Hoover offers a lot of solutions that can be used in this machine. Makes it versatile for lots of types of cleaning.

So far a good cleaner

The only bad is the wheels when moved have a high pitch noise that sounds worse then nails on a chalk board. Havent used all the attatchments yet but has more upholstry ones then the previous model which I'm eager to try out.
