I bought this treadmill for my wife in December. It was hard to set up because it is hard to move around on a treadmill base pad once you have it on the ground (the feet catch on the rubber), and I had trouble with some of the bolt holes not aligning properly for the top of the display assembly. Also, there is a thread wire that comes in one of the posts that holds up the display assembly. The instructions don't say what it is, but don't remove it until you're done assembling the treadmill because it is needed to thread the electronics wires from the base to the display!
That said, my wife has been using this treadmill for two months now and is quite happy with it. It has 10 speeds and 10 incline grades, a multi-speed fan, a clear display, and there is a little ledge just under the display on which she can prop up her iPad to watch streaming video while speed walking (and plug it into the audio jack on the treadmill for better sound). It takes a little work to adjust the belt so it doesn't drift to one side or the other, but everything is sturdy and reliable so far.
