I purchased this because it would be very hard to run an HDMI cord from the control room (surround sound-cable box etc) to where we have a Smart TV above the fireplace. It was VERY easy to install. Signal is great on cable 1080 and 3d signal. I have the base unit behind a wall out of site and it works fine. We have the cable box and Blu-ray as the 2 HDMI "in". I am not taking advantage of the 3rd port where you can run a TV right off the base unit which is another nice feature. The only issue I have with the unit is it loses its signal when we shut off our Smart TV. (even if the cable box is still transmitting) If you have a smart TV you have to turn the unit back on until the boxes resignal. Its kind of a pain to do each time you want to watch TV. (std flat screen no issue with above just leave cable box on)1 out of 1 found this review helpful.

For once, a product that does exactly what it claims to do. Easy to install and to operate. Connected to the flat screen tv over the fireplace and to a blue-ray player in a media cabinet. Set-up took about ten minutes. High definition picture and great sound quality. Also works with the tv remote.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

Bought this so I wouldn't have to run cable thru my house. I keep my components in one room and my TV in the other (to make it nice and clean looking). Unfortunately the range of this unit is less than 10 feet. The room I keep the components is about 12 feet away. Disappointing. I would expect this from a $50 product. In theory the product is fantastic. In practice, it's unacceptable.1 out of 2 found this review helpful.

This product claims to extend hdmi wirelessly and it does, but it does not work well. I ran it for hours without a problem one day and the next day ithe picture went black 4 times during the nba finals as it switched to another wifi frequency....almost like a cordless phone sometimes does....very maddening...to the point that I had to take it back. It was it unusable.
Wireless technology is very dicey...I ended up pulling a 75 ft hdmi cable and have had no problems.4 out of 10 found this review helpful.

This is a great product for wireless HDTV extension to other HDTVs. The price is higher than I wanted to initially pay, but the value was included. I have and will recommend this product to co-workers, family and friends.2 out of 2 found this review helpful.

I had purchased a new 65" HD 35 Panasonic Plasma along with a new Pioneer VSX52 receiver with the Mirage speakers and 2 Subs. AFter hooking up, everything worked except the 3D picture from my new Blue Ray 3D DVR. After finding out that the HDMI cable installed in our new house 2 years ago wasn't the good quality needed for the 3D signal.. To avoiid having to rip out the old HDMI cable and install the new in the wall, I decided to get the IOGear wireless receiver. Other than having to download the laterst software for both the TV and DVR for the 3D to work, this receiver works like a charm, Clear picutre and simple to hook up. I'm hooked on 3D movies3 out of 3 found this review helpful.

Product is much batter than last HD wireless device I tried, but still fights remaining connected. Also, NO documentation regarding adding a SECOND receiver at a second HD TV location - would make sense to me... I'll continue to work at this one for a while. Not at all sure why any of these devices can't auto-sense, auto-configure on the TX end and the same on the RX end.3 out of 6 found this review helpful.
