Synopsis

Visionary filmmaker Christopher Nolan (Memento, The Dark Knight) writes and directs this psychological sci-fi action film about a thief who possesses the power to enter into the dreams of others. Dom Cobb (Leonardo DiCaprio) doesn't steal things, he steals ideas. By projecting himself deep into the subconscious of his targets, he can glean information that even the best computer hackers can't get to. In the world of corporate espionage, Cobb is the ultimate weapon. But even weapons have their weakness, and when Cobb loses everything, he's forced to embark on one final mission in a desperate quest for redemption. This time, Cobb won't be harvesting an idea, but sowing one. Should he and his team of specialists succeed, they will have discovered a new frontier in the art of psychic espionage. They've planned everything to perfection, and they have all the tools to get the job done. Their mission is complicated, however, by the sudden appearance of a malevolent foe that seems to know exactly what they're up to, and precisely how to stop them. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi

Posted by: from Jersey City, NJ on 04/16/2013I love this move, and bought the blu-ray as soon as it was available. My only complaint is that the project somnacin extra turned out to be just a bunch of concept art.

One of Nolan's Best

Posted by: from NY on 01/19/2013When you watch a movie you typically just either sit down and enjoy the show. but occasionally you want a bit of believability in a plot to truly enjoy it. Well this movie isn't that. It's definitely a popcorn flick where you kind of just turn off your brain and just enjoy the ride. Nothing in the movie can actually happen therefore its not based in reality its more of a what if sort of thing and if you watch it as such then you will enjoy it. If your a purist that wants to enjoy a movie whose plot is not too far fetched you might not like this movie despite the great visuals.

Posted by: from Salt Lake City, UT on 04/02/2012Great movie. Even better on Blue-ray. Not quite so confusing after watching it 10 or 11 times. Extras are cool, especially when they show you how they filmed certain parts.

Not going to review movie but about the product

Posted by: from Seattle on 02/10/2012I'm not going to review the movie because best buy isn't the place to get movie reviews but what I will tell you is that is Blu-ray disc DOES include a DVD version as well. There are 3 discs: The Blu-ray movie, the Blu-ray Special features, and the DVD movie.
