It is well built and durable and does not wobble. It took less than half an hour to assemble. By the way, the stand's frame is gloss black - the picture makes it look dark gray.
Complaint: The 2 rear "L" shaped bars are not the same size so my top shelf has a slight incline. The twist legs at the bottom of the tv stand allow you to level it but it looks a little odd with one side higher than the other. Due to this defect I am only giving it 4 stars. I could have repackaged it and taken it back for a replacement but the hassle was not worth it as this stand is extremely heavy. Your stand may not have this defect but the first thing you should do when you open the box is fish out the the 2 "L" bars and place them side by side to see if they are even in size. See if the store will allow you to do this before putting it in your vehicle.

The lower shelf shattered yesterday for no reason

I do have an issue however, the flat screen tv i purchased online didn't show up on my rewards page. How can I get credit for it? It was picked up on the same day as the stand.

A big plus compared to items purchased elsewhere, so I will stick with this brand on the I have to put it together items. All part labeled with easy and clear instructions. Much less assembly time required that what I had thought. Looks nice and so far so good. Highly reccomended!
