for the price it doesthejob. I fly coast to coast and sometimes putting on a headset and watching a movie is what you need to get through the flight. I watched 2 full movies and still had battery life.8 out of 9 found this review helpful.

I bought this for travel and was very satisfied with it. It has a very nice picture and the sound quality was actually pretty good with the head phones. The only draw back is that I had to turn the sound all the up in some noisy environments and without the head phones, the sound wasn't great but still clear. For the price, it was definitely worth it.8 out of 8 found this review helpful.

I got this primarily to view while walking on my treadmill, which is positioned close to and facing a wall. I am pleased with the 4-hr battery life and the ease of use. It's great for personal viewing, and with ear-buds, would not disturb a mate. At sale price, it was very inexpensive for the value provided.7 out of 7 found this review helpful.

This DVD player replaced a Sony player, and I love the user friendly menu and overall performance at a great price. My only concern was with the remote control, because it doesn't have a pause setting on the control. Otherwise, I love and would recommend this item to others!7 out of 7 found this review helpful.

I would not recommend this product. I have tried to exchange it for a new one hoping that it would not have the current issues. However, Best Buy wants to charge a fee to exchange which really makes it not worth the problem.3 out of 6 found this review helpful.

We purchased this dvd player three weeks ago and used it on a Thanksgiving trip. Kids loved watching movies on the airplane and then in the car. Our boy was watching a movie for about 10 minutes on the airplane and the dvd player suddenly turned off like the battery was dead. It was fully charged and we had used it a total of 6 hours over 7 days
Upon landing we tried to charge the dvd player, but it will not charge - the player will not do anything. Called Insignia and they were told us to take it Best Buy to get a replacement since they have a thirty day return policy. Will keep you updated.2 out of 3 found this review helpful.
