This TV is a great value, can be found discounted from time to time. It has a very vivid picture that one can adjust via menus to make the signal look like the broadcast was shot on film!
It is very light-weight, thin, & an LED, thus it produces almost no heat.
Plenty of easy access inputs are on the back and the left side.
Only one minor deficiency, the wobbly stand, but if the TV is placed on a safe (think away from hands), stable surface, or wall mounted, the minor drawback disappears.

I bought this TV exclusively for my office to replace a 19' flat screen and was wall mounted. After making all the simple to follow connections, I turned it on and was very surprised by how clear the picture is for a budget TV. I read all the negative reviews before buying & I gambled that this one is not a lemon. I couldn't be more happier. If you're looking to save some bucks on a decent no frills flat panel, Insignia is the one.- Internet Connectable? : No

I had been doing research for a tv for my bedroom for a couple weeks and narrowed it down to a 32' samsung 1080p 60hz and this tv. final decision happened at the store and was based on size. both had great reviews online and with the samsung having the lower refresh rate with the smaller screen wouldn't make too much of a difference. decided to go with this tv because for another $20 i got a higher refresh rate and an extra 7-ish inches of screen size. Insignia tv's are made with parts from top brands so I felt confident enough to get it. got a 2 year warranty just in case and rocket fish HDMI cables for my xbox 360 and HD box thats coming in the mail this week. I want to have the screen calibrated to get the best possible picture from it but even with the factory display settings it looks pretty good.- Internet Connectable? : No

I got this for our bedroom to replace an old fading LCD. Love the 120hz and size for the price. I have not calibrated this set but the blue is really strong so will look up recommended settings online. I wouldn't use this for movie watching in a media room, but it does the job fine for a bedroom!- Internet Connectable? : No
