I am very pleased with this tv. For the price, I don't think I could have made a better choice. The picture quality is great, even in a very bright room. The sound quality was surprisingly good. Setting it up was Simple and straightforward. Mounted the tv and it looks awesome. The only thing I would improve is the time to power on and the time to change channels is a bit slow. Otherwise, I've had no issues with it. If picture quality and size are most important features to you, I suggest this tv. Side note: I can't speak to the quality for video games as I only use the tv for watching shows / Netflix.- Internet Connectable? : No

I returned it as mine was a lemon. The problems were:
1) It had bright LED flairs all over the screen that could be seen whenever the screen was black.
2) It wouldn't display HDMI video from Xbox 360 no matter what the Xbox video mode was set to. The only way it worked was to run the HDMI from the Xbox through an HDMI hub.
3) The stand was messed up and tilted the screen back at a weird angle.
After a week I called to have it returned. Then getting it returned turned into a bit of a hassle, had to call in 4 times and stop by the store just to get everything worked out.
I loved the size and the price, seems like a nice TV if it worked.- Internet Connectable? : No

I was drawn to this TV for the great price and decent image quality. Talked extensively with the BB sales rep about all the features, including "response time" or lag (time between pushing a button on a video game controller and the action appearing on screen). After some reassurance for my concerns, I decided to make the purchase. Unfortunately, I will be returning the TV ASAP due to a lag time around 500ms (anything above 12ms is noticeable, anything above 50ms will severely impact game play).
This was to be a 2nd TV primarily for gaming. I excitedly got it home, and hooked up the PS3. Right away I noticed a very pronounced lag time. The next four or five hours were spent trying every combination of settings (including "game" mode) on both the TV and PS3, and extensive web searching. I finally came across an official forum thread on the insignia website where they acknowledged the problem of very long lag times. Unfortunately, Insignia either cannot or will not remedy the problem. Insignia's position is, "despite the lag issue that has been reported – the TV is functioning properly and according to the specifications under which it was designed."
If you watch TV, Movies, or other non-interactive media - it's probably a fine TV for you. If you do ANY gaming, even casual, you WILL be disappointed. Take Insignia's advice and look for a different option for gaming.- Internet Connectable? : No

Great for a non gamer4

1st off size and price were great! after havnig an old dynex I wasnt worried about another "house" brand TV,
If I wasnt a xbox 360 gamer this TV would have been perfect! As is noted by others there is a very small lag when playing video games, for some its not noticable but if you are not a button masher it will be noticable.
The picture quality is good, noticed on some movies it felt washed out and probably could have been more adjusted with tweaking, but since I couldnt live with the lag i exchanged it.
Inputs were great only thing I needed was a optical output and then features would have been great, more than enough HDMI, and other inouts for decvices to hook up.
Sound non issue not a5 since I use a reciever to make sure i get the best sound possible.
but if you adjust the pictuer and have your settings done right the colors would be great! and if you can live with a small lag when playing then you will not have any issues with the TV and you will love it!- Internet Connectable? : No
