It was extremely easy to load the pictures on, the screen is clear and bright. I absolutely love the frame. I was worried about it being big enough - but it truly is perfect.

Posted by: loveapup from Atlanta, GA on 05/12/2013Made a purchase as part of a Mother's Day gift. Opened the box on Sunday morning to load photos into the frame before I drove to my mom's for Mother's Day.
Plugged in the device and turned it on...nothing happened. The screen didn't light up...no photos...nothing.
I unplugged and tried a different outlet. Still nothing happened.
This was my first Insignia purchase and may be my last. Now I have to waste my time returning the device back to Best Buy.

So Far So Good

This one is the complete opposite! Very easy to set up, the remote works great and there are so options and different ways to see your photo's. the picture quality is great and it actually cost lees than my previous frame, which I sent back within a week. If you are looking for a quality Photo Frame that won't break the bank, buy this one! I am sold.

It looks very nice on my end table. And now I don't have to dust a lot of frames.

Great buy for what I paid!

The remote seems a little sluggish responding, and it took me several times to understand how to maneuver with it. I like being able to use both a SD ram card and a USB thumb drive. For some reason, my own fault, I thought it was a wireless frame for putting on the wall. But, as it turns out, the actual display size is too small to be seen when on the wall. The easel that is attached could be a little longer so the frame would sit in a more upright position. I prop it up by putting something under the foot of the easel.
In spite of the shortcomings I am enjoying my frame. I smile every time I pass it and see a picture of my Grandchild or Great-grandchild.
