Best Buy is dedicated to always offering the best value to our customers. We will match the price, at the time of purchase, on a Low Price Guarantee product if you find the same item at a lower price at a Designated Major Online Retailer or at a local retail competitor's store.
Here's how:
If you find a qualifying lower price online, call 1-888-BEST BUY and direct a customer service agent to the web site with the lower price, or when visiting a Best Buy store, one of our employees will assist you.
On qualifying products, Best Buy will then verify the current price to complete the price match.
Some exclusions apply. See the list of Designated Major Online Retailers and full details.
Posted by: bob1999 from Bloomington, IL on 09/13/2012First, best buy says it hold up to 360 lbs. When I got it, the box said 250. Tried it anyway. Was easy to set up, though a little strange with all the adjustment holes. I weigh 230 and when I sat down on it, it sank. The main pin was bent. Wound up donating it. Maybe someone could fix it, or at least use it for parts. Went on-line to Musicians friend, bought one that was much easier to put together and better in terms of quality. Plus it was less expensive. Had this for about 3 months and no problems whatsoever

Wobbly, but comfortable

Posted by: oboedude from Mason, MI on 04/12/2012The padded top is very comfortable to sit on, but the legs are wobbly and the springs to adjust the height of the bench are difficult to set up by a single person.
All that said it is a decently priced alternative to a bulky, expensive wooden bench.

Comfortable and fairly sturdy

Posted by: Xaelo from on 07/07/2011I'm a big guy, and this easily supports me and has ample cushioning to keep things comfortable, even for extended periods of playing. Great for a single soloist.

BENCH too HIGH

Posted by: ohidontknow from Tempe, AZ on 01/18/2011This is the bench they recommended we buy with our keyboard purchase. It has a nice thick cushion. We set it on the lowest notch, but it still TOO high for the keyboard.

Would be great, if I could find one that worked

Posted by: Jsing008 from Ann Arbor, MI on 03/30/2009First one had a bent thumb screw, so I could not lock the pins in place that hold the seat on. Returned it. Second one had a bent tube where the pins that hold the seat on lock in - could not get the pin to slide out far enough to safely hold on the seat. Took it back. Third one had the same issue as number 2 - a bent tube that holds the pin that holds on the seat. Returned it. I'm sure the bench would be solid, IF it did not have these issues. As it is, I really would not trust it unless all the pins are fully locked in. Could not find one in a box that did not have rips and holes in it from the bench inside. Double check before putting your butt on it :-)
