Posted by: lisapisa from Nashville, TN on 05/04/2013I like this product it did come in handy while recently on vacation. We set it up for a group portrait with the self timer on the camera. I wrapped it around a thin metal pole and tried to secure it as much as I could but whenever someone hit the button to take the picture the tripod would slide down. I even adjusted the legs several times but it would still slide some. I also tried to wrap it around larger items and it does pretty good, I am glad I purchased this. And it was nice standing on it's own on a car or rock or anything you could angle it or make it be taller or lower so it really is convenient.

nice little tripod to use on uneven surfaces

Ideal for smaller point and shoot cameras but for the small camera point and shoot camera that has a interchangeable lense you must be careful of lack of stability to hold camera.
Love the ability to fold the legs into any angle both for shooting and for storage. Ideal for self timer use when you don't have anyone to take your picture.
