The music is great and it's also an excellent way to exercise- very physically challenging. I have played it with him a few times and I can definitely attest to it's effectiveness as an exercise tool. If you want to do some cardio while you play video games, this is the game for you.

Fun game for entire family, good cardio

Posted by: from Milwaukee, WI on 05/20/2013We have JD 2 & Disney and this an upgrade to those. More updated songs, seems to be more interactive with new ways to play. Our kids love playing it and if you feel like getting into it you can get a decent cardio workout.

Great get up and move game for the family

It is a fun way to get some exercise while laughing and spending time together. The game is easy to play and we like using it as part of our exercise routine. Little kids like to play along without the use of the controller, they just like to dance along with us.

Fun for kids, and gets them to exercise!
