It mixes thoroughly and well. It has a beautiful red color which looks nice in the kitchen, and it comes with a great mixing bowl. I highly recommend it for any serious bakers out there.

Posted by: GrammaButchie from Michigan on 02/12/2012When I brought it home I tried making bread but tilt head would not stay locked. When kneading the dough it seemed to just roll around in the bowl, maybe that's the way it's supposed to be. With more practice it will be better. Very sturdy mixer.
