I love this phone!5

It is a beautiful device with its glass front and back. The pattern on the back glass is cool but you forget it's there since I rarely look at the back of the phone. I was surprised with how good the rounded edges of the front glass feels, I didn't expect it to make a difference but it does. The device in general feels solid and very well built. Not too heavy not too light. The only thing I didn't like about it is the buttons sometimes feel a little cheap, not a solid click.
Software wise it's running the pure google experience with not crazy, sometimes useless, memory hogging add-ons from the carriers, which is a big plus. As I've already mentioned the software is buttery smooth, no lag. Google Now is AMAZING, as long as you forget (ignore) how creepy it is. But I seriously am enjoying it. It tells me when my packages ship, how far im from home or my next appointment, good places to eat, sport scores of my favorite team all this without me telling google to do it.
Overall this is an great device.- Age : 25-34

Pure Android - How it's supposed to be5

I'm an Android geek. Not the type who has all the money in the world and buys every phone as soon as it comes out, but the kind that patiently scrutinizes every Android phone and stays up on the latest news on all the newest devices to pick the best one when it's time to upgrade.
I chose the Nexus 4 because it's designed to showcase the Android operating system the way it was meant to be used and only Nexus devices get their updates straight from Google without months of delays. When the next version of Android comes out, this phone will get it first. That Galaxy S 4, which hasn't even been released yet, will be out of date shortly after it becomes available.
This phone is super powerful, and everything performs the way it aught to with none of the weird quirks that come with the modifications made to most Samsung, Motorola, Sony or HTC devices. It is also the best looking of any device on the market. The glass on the back is so cool.
The camera is pretty good, but it takes some practice to master its use, and isn't quite as good as some of the competition.
The big negatives are a few hardware limitations (but they are easily forgiven when considering that your phone's software will be up-to-date until your next upgrade, instead of lagging many months and sometimes years behind). I wish this phone had 32 GB of storage or a removable micro-sd card. I wish the battery was replaceable. I also would prefer hardware buttons instead of the ones that take up space on the screen.
If you love Android, and want a phone that doesn't feel out of date the second a new version of Android is released, this is the only phone to consider right now.- Age : 25-34

Will be better once I root it4

This incarnation of the Nexus line continues the trend of fast hardware, good camera quality, and a minimally-bloated UI.
This is my first LG mobile device, and it is good. Feels more solid than all the samsung plastic, and is comfortable in my hand for being another big screen phone. Boots fast, but I imagine will be quicker once rooted/rom'd.
Battery life has been average, and it needs charging daily with normal usage. Again, I expect a slight gain in longevity with rooting.
To protect the beast, I recommend the OEM bumper, as it protects the phone as well as any, and doesn't add much to the bulk of the package.- Age : 25-34

Great Value4

This is a great value for such a high powered device. Everything works fast. There have been some noted problems with the device though, hopefully LG's more recent batches have addressed these problems. My phone came with a noticeable amount of static coming from the front speaker even when nothing was playing. Another problem is my lockscreen lags/freezes especially when the screen has been off for a while. I had to RMA my phone and the replacement resolved these issues.- Age : 25-34

The Greatest Android Phone So Far5

I have been using this phone for a few weeks, and I must say that I am quite impressed with it. It is a little bit bigger than my hand, which took some getting used to when migrating from my old phone, but I was able to adjust. The volume buttons are in a slightly different position than my old phone, so the first few times I used them I missed and ended up hitting the up volume when I was aiming to turn it down. This is mostly due to me being used to a smaller phone, so if you are someone upgrading from a smaller phone, these are things you should be aware of.
As for the phone itself, it is quite thin and has a very nice finish on the back. The size makes it feel slightly more prone to slipping from your hand, so I do suggest purchasing a case. I have not picked out one myself yet but do plan to.
As for the responsiveness of the phone, the processor is very fast and the fact that you get the latest updates to Android is a major bonus. Within the first time of powering on, I had already received my first Android update that I have ever received over the air, and I have been using an Android phone for a year and a half. The fact that it doesn't come with any extra bloat from carriers is a very big bonus.
Now some things I have heard mentioned that are major complaints about the phone: lack of LTE and lack of removable battery, and the lack of an SD card. The lack of LTE doesn't concern me very much, as through T-Mobile I have still been able to get 10Mbps down and 1Mbps up easily. The removable battery would be nice, but at this time it has not been too big of a concern for me. If you run the phone very hard, chances are you may drain the battery in about 5 hours, but if you simply use it for light browsing and keep it locked some, it will last you through the day. For the final concern, in order to get around storing my whole music collection on my phone, I have begun using google music. Since you get 25,000 songs for free, I was easily able to fit my whole music collection on google music. If you do this however you will want to be careful with any limits your carrier imposes on your wireless, I have already used 1.7GB of my 2GB plan halfway through the month, about 500MB of which was used on music. Now that I know I can easily "pin" and "unpin" songs while I am on wifi in google music (which downloads them to your phone for listening), I will be using that feature to save my phone bandwidth.
To wrap up: Great phone overall, and if you are looking for a clean android experience with no hassles, this may very well be your phone.- Age : 25-34

Great Middle of the Line Phone5

This is a great moderately priced phone. Lacks 4G LTE but it's 3G+ still gets me good download speed. Call reception is good, I haven't had a dropped call yet. I've read complaints about a short battery life but for my use (calls, texts, music) it is fine. I've yet to drain the battery past 50% in a single workday. This sucker is fast too with its quadcore 1.5ghz processor.- Age : 35-44

This is the Android you're looking for.5

I have only owned Nexus phones, and this is the latest one. When using it, the phone responds well to your touch - it is very smooth, very fast, and very responsive. It runs the latest version of Android, and gets updates from Google, so when they release a new version, you'll have it within a week or two. No other phone can say that, except for iPhones. This is the Android phone that offers the true Google experience.
Also: Photospheres. Just Google that, if you don't know what it is.
My only qualms with the device are that it is surrounded in glass, so get a case, insurance, or do your very best to not drop it. The factory "bumper" case and an AMAZING wireless charging dock are available on the Play Store (play.google.com/devices), but there are many other options out there. You probably don't need a screen protector for the front, but if you want to play it safe, they can be found for less than $10.
The other dislikes are the overall size ( it's just a bit tall and wide for my taste, but it's smaller than gargantuan phablets like the Galaxy Note) and the low light camera performance (most phones aren't great at this, and the ones that are aren't great phones).
I also thought the sound quality from the rear speaker is good, but may not be loud enough for some people. Using headphones is no problem at all, other than none come with the device, so bring your own.
Bottom line: if you're on T-Mobile, AT&T, or any other network that uses SIM cards, this should be on the top of your consideration list. It really is a great device, and it's unlikely you will be disappointed.- Age : 25-34
