I will admit the French door design takes a little getting used to, but it didn't take long. My kitchen actually looks larger and sleeker with this counter-depth refrigerator. My old side-by-side had the approximately same total square footage but stuck out over a foot more than this new box. I am now sold on this new design.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

Our second LG refrigerator! We love the brand - great features for the price. Had we not sold our previous 28 cubic foot LG with a residence, we would still have it. This newer version had all of the features we wanted in a larger style, but counter depth was our best choice for the location where we needed to place it. We were fortunate to catch this one on sale in the local store as we almost never have seen counter depth fridges on sale.
The shelf and door bins meet our needs perfectly, and the ice-maker puts out sufficient ice for 2-4 people. Its very quiet when the compressor is running and the ice-maker dispenser is quieter than any we've had before.
The only (very minor) negative is that the vegetable drawers are a bit too short for storing celery stalks - but that's to be expected in a counter-depth fridge.2 out of 2 found this review helpful.

We love our new refrigerator. I highly recommend LG and Best Buy. The deliver and set up guys were great. The refrigerator is easy to use and we love the space and storage compartments. The ice and water dispenser works great and we've had no problems so far. My only complaint was that we had to pay more to get a countertop depth size. These are less common so they don't make as many. Unfortunately, that means all manufacturers charge a premium for this size.1 out of 1 found this review helpful.

I read a lot of reviews and did a lot of comparison shopping before making a decision to buy the LG. It's attractive and arranged well on the interior. It's quiet most of the time, but like all refrigerators, the thing has to make a little noise now & then as part of its "cycle". Freezer has drawer in it. The LED lighting is quite nice and I am happy that I purchased it.3 out of 3 found this review helpful.

Nice product, the counter size is a little smaller than what we've used in the past. It was actually a little more expensive than the larger models. The water dispenser is an interesting design, but, not intuitive for most of our guests. We are constantly wiping up the floor after the first few uses.3 out of 3 found this review helpful.

This refrigerator exceeds our expectations. Great fit and finish. Counter-depth helps with placement in a galley kitchen. It is very quiet after the initial operation. The air and water filters are accessible and easy to change. The LED lighting ensures you will not overlook items and later discover something ugly lurking on a shelf in back. There is a separate temperature zone for the glide and serve drawer, providing more flexibility. We located the refrigerator in a 40” wide space with one side against a wall that partially blocks the opening of one of the doors. We are still able to access all parts of the refrigerator.13 out of 13 found this review helpful.
