Posted by: from Dothan, Al on 05/17/2013Over all I give it an 8.5 out of 10. Speed, Video, Sound and Storage is great but the battery life could be much better and that's my only issue with this laptop. For years I have owned Lenovo and they have always been rock solid!

    Best specs for price

Posted by: from Mead, WA on 05/12/2013I wasn't expecting to spend $800 on a laptop, but it was worth it. I was late on returning it by two days so I'm stuck with it, but it's still good. I was trying to get the $700 15.6" Samsung with the same specs, but less harddrive space to save a few bucks. --Good It boots up pretty fast and after tweaking the color settings it looks really good for having a 1366 x 768 resolution. It handles Starcraft II on ultra settings without any hiccups and renders large AE videos in no time thanks to the i7 and 8GB of RAM. Also if you use Photoshop a lot this will definitely get the job done. Turning on and setting the Dolby Home Theater up is a must. The Lenovo has a touchscreen (meh) and backlit keys (yeah!), which the Samsung did not. --Bad It's actually heavier and thicker than the 15.6" Samsung I was comparing it to. The touch pad has got bad reviews, which I can understand, but I use a mouse anyway. The keyboard is a little too flimsy for my liking though.

Posted by: from Beaumont,TX on 05/10/2013Woke up one day and hard drive died in my old laptop. Lost all my files. Bought this but simply not user friendly UNLESS you love touchscreens. Very sensitive and one minute you are typing and the next the screen has disappeared and been replaced with another. Not enough bang for the buck in my book.
