It's a great tablet for children.

Posted by: inspirateur from Philadelphia, PA on 03/17/2013I really do like this tablet. I bought one for my child and she loves it. I wish that it had more internal memory so that I could put some of her favorite movies on it. Or the option to put an external SD Card in it, at the very least.

Posted by: TheReever from Vero Beach, FL on 03/10/2013Bought this for my 4 year old on his birthday. Figured it would be a great tablet for him to learn and play on since he is always wanting to play with our android phones. The battery life sucks, the layout is messed up. The touchscreen constantly keeps going out and becomes unresposive while you can still see everything working just cant interact on it and you have to do a hard reset to power down and back up to refresh it only for it to happen again moments later. You cant take off apps under the kids profile so they cant use them. You have to disable the app through settings, cant uninstall, so the icon for the app is still there in the individual folders. You cant organize what you download for the kids to each folder, and you have to use an opera marketplace to get apps not the google play store and there are no filters in there if kids want to get in and download stuff. And its not like you can just take the market place out of there profile so they cant use it. This is the worst tablet ever for kids! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!! Seriously, this isnt one of those oh this wont happen to me moments, this is a put your wallet away and run moment. I am returning this and getting him an older samsung tablet for the same exact price because I can download a parental controls app and only let him have access to his apps and nothing else with out having to worry if he getting into something he shouldnt. Also, he likes to use skype to talk to his grandparents and there rinky dinky little camera is all inverted and he has to stand 6' feet away just so they can see him. The whole thing is just poor design and I wish best buy would stop selling these things and offer something better for this price.

Posted by: TLMe from Houston, TX on 01/21/2013Bought this tablet for my 6 year old daughter. The online description sounded great with lots of apps, movies and books for kids that could be downloaded. If you can get them to download half of them do not work right. The battery won't charge, screen locks up, has to be reset often. For the amount of money it costs, I expected better quality.

Posted by: Sanibelian from Sanibel, FL on 01/19/2013We had difficulty setting up the password to enable internet function. I had to return to Best Buy twice before I could get someone to help us. Upon our second visit, we finally received proper help and my 6 1/2 year old is enjoying it.

Posted by: Dhay from on 12/20/2012This is a very poorly developed tablet. I didn't have high expectations for the price. However this was a very restrictive device and crashed often. We returned the premative toy and purchased a Kurio 7" kids tablet. We are much happier with the new tablet.
