Great for Skype but poor USB design

Posted by: from Durham, NC on 05/15/2013Let me start by saying that I LOVE Logitech products. All of my computer accesories are made by Logitech. They are very dependable and reliable. So when I was looking for a headset to use with my Skype I was excited to see this product. I love the idea that it was behind the ear so that I didn't have to worry about it sitting on my head. When I first got the headset and plug it in the first thing I notice was how long the USB was. When I plugged it into my laptop it actually bent a little. I was concern at that point of time but decided not to return it. Well last night the USB actually broke off. I was very disappointed especially since I have not had the product barely a week. I belive if they make the USB smaller it would have lasted longer.

Excellent Headset in terms of sound quality

Posted by: from Oakland,CA on 04/14/2013I purchased two of these headsets and they instantly worked on my laptop and PC out the box. The sound quality was amazing and the mic control is awesome. The only problem with these headsets is they're to short and doesn't quite go around the head all the way. This makes them uncomfortable if wearing them for long periods of time. Otherwise this is an excellent product.

GOOD HEADSETS FOR PHONE SUPPORT

Posted by: from OKC, OK on 04/10/2013I USE THESE HEADSETS FOR WORK AND WEAR THEM FOR 8HRS A DAY AND THEY ARE COMFORTABLE. I HATE WEARING ANYTHING WITH EARBUDS BECAUSE EARBUDS HURT MY EARS BUT THESE SETS ARE EASY ON MY EARS AND THE SOUND QUALITY IS PRETTY GOOD DEPENDING ON THE PHONE CONNECTION IM ON WHEN WORKING ON MY LAPTOP TAKING CUSTOMER SUPPORT CALLS FOR MY JOB. THE MIC SEEMS TO WORK OK TOO SINCE I RARELY GET COMPLAINTS ABOUT HOW I SOUND ON THE OTHER END. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THAT THE HEADSET ALTHOUGH AN ATTRACTIVE DESIGN IS NOT VERY DURABLE AND MY HEADSET BROKE IN HALF WHILE TAKING THEM OFF. I ONLY HAD THEM FOR ABOUT 5 MONTHS AND NOW I WILL HAVE TO TAKE THEM BACK TO BBY FOR EXCHANGE. I'M ALSO GRATEFUL THAT I SPENT A FEW EXTRA BUCKS TO GET THE GSP COVERAGE FOR THEM. I RECOMMEND THEM BUT JUST BE CAREFUL WHEN TAKING THEM OFF YOUR HEAD, LOL.

Decent for the price

After using them for about 2 weeks I have to say for voice clarity these work well the Mic is VERY receptive and for the most part they are comfortable, There are not alot of options for behind the head style headsets but these do a decent job. If I have to buy another pair I may upgrade to the gaming version like this for the upgraded music sound quality.
