Posted by: Mimi from on 05/22/2013I am skeptical for a long time to switch to harmony remote until I got tired of using three remotes just to watch a movie. I would give it 5 stars but there was no instructions included in the remote so to learn how to use it, I have to play with it or visit their web site. Once the learning curve is done, this device is wonderful! This is a great add on to my home entertainment set up.

I had trouble with set up on the 2nd one, had to wait 4 days for a level 2 to call me back. then I had to set up another account with Logitec Harmony also down load new software. All the software should be on one website.All in all it was very frustrating,but after many hrs on the phone with cust. service they are set up and r working fine, i don't understand the need for 2 websites for the same product.
