The unit works great once u get it set up

I had trouble with set up on the 2nd one, had to wait 4 days for a level 2 to call me back. then I had to set up another account with Logitec Harmony also down load new software. All the software should be on one website.All in all it was very frustrating,but after many hrs on the phone with cust. service they are set up and r working fine, i don't understand the need for 2 websites for the same product.

Posted by: D3900 from Las Vegas on 05/17/2013I was okay with a dumber universal remote until I started to watch a lot of Netflix, in one room through a wireless Samsung TV and another room through a Sony DVD. This remote will setup a second TV for your wireless connections. Start your second TV (Netflix) setup with the device that you want the buttons to work with, in my case the TV for one control and the DVD for the other. The Logitech live support is good if you get into trouble.
