Don't waste your money!1

If I could give this product 0 stars, I would but since I can't, 1 will have to do. We bought this camera system for our two children under age 3 because of the feature of having up to 4 cameras on one screen and the Pan-Tilt option from the monitor. HOWEVER....you can only have either one camera on at a time, or 4 at a time and the images are very tiny and there is NO SOUND when in Quad-view, not that you'd hear your child even if there was. There was no way to have two at a time, or have the sound going while viewing in Quad-view. Also, the Scan feature was okay, except one camera had horrible static noise over the base unit which had to be up loud just to even hear a smallest noise and that was barely. My daughter would sneeze and you couldn't hear it over the camera but you would down the hall. We had used the Summer Infant Baby Touch monitor system and could pan all around and it had excellent sound without keeping us up at night while the video monitor was on for both rooms. We returned this system immediately and picked up another camera for our BabyTouch system and I couldn't be happier. This Lorex system was horrible and definitely NOT worth the money. I expected more out of a company that prides itself on security cameras, but this was just terrible.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

I recieved this as a gift. After unboxing, found out the camera wouldnt tilt up or down. Returned it to store and had a replacement mailed to me. The new one worked fine for about a day or two. The camera tilted up and down but i kept getting ghost images on the lcd even after I shut it down. Lorex customer service is horrible also. Will try a new system all together, never again Lorex...0 out of 1 found this review helpful.

First of all, I didn't purchase this from Best Buy, but I wish that I had because I would take it back to the store. I got this unit directly from Lorex because they were running a sale. I got the unit in a week later and the darn thing won't work. I called the Lorex technically support line and left my phone number twice, and five hours later, I've yet to receive a call back. If the equipment doesn't work when it's brand new, and the company won't support it, I would stay away from it.2 out of 14 found this review helpful.

It's great for the Price, the camera moves and the screen is in color. However you can't connect the Screen to view on a TV. You also need a mount kit to mount the camera to the wall.
But other then that it is a good camera and a great price.13 out of 16 found this review helpful.
