After a few years the images are disappearing on the DVD's. They have been stored in acid free sleeves, in a book, and not in the light. They are not used. I am going back to the old Neato labels, they will not look as nice, but at least I will be able to read them in years to come.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

Will not work on my MacBook Pro2

I have used HP Lightscribe DVD's in the past with no problems at all. I have also used Memorex DVD+R's. However, my MacBook Pro will not even recognize these DVD's. Even after I was able to get one burned on a PC, my MacBook Pro would still not read the DVD. I'm going to see if I can return them.0 out of 1 found this review helpful.

I shoot photos in RAW format and needed discs with more storage. Discs were on sale and a great value. I would have preferred a different color or possibly a mulit- color pack.3 out of 6 found this review helpful.

This was my first try with Lightscribe and I was very pleased with the ease and quality. The patience in waiting for the title/image to burn is minimal. I am no computer expert and was tentative in expecting positive results - wow, was I surprised! The Memorex Lightscribe DVD is a super reliable media. My next step is to use the color discs to help in storing and identifying specific series of videos.8 out of 8 found this review helpful.

Wanted to make the DVDs with our home videos but decided to go with the lightscribe, to make them look more "fancy", just for fun. Tried the lightscribe out one blank I had. The image was great, sharp and wonderful. But it was Verbatium. Never thought it would make a difference. These Memorex are not as good. For some reason the lightscribed image comes out blury.4 out of 4 found this review helpful.
