Delivery time was outstanding. The delivery company calls to set up a day & time and then gave me a half hour call-ahead so I could be home when they got there.
Assembly was not bad at all. Everything is clearly labeled and instructions are well explained. I put this together on my own with very little problem.
I love the programs on this tread mill. They may not be as sophisticated as some of the more expensive models, but they are just fine for what I want the machine to accomplish.
I'm very pleased with my purchase.- Age : 45-54

Good product, assembly touchy4

First off, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the treadmill arrived - 3.5 days from purchase to delivery for a huge and incredibly heavy package.
Assembly seemed simple enough, but some manufacturing issues hampered my progress. The instructions are very well-written and parts are clearly labeled--even packaged in numbered bags that correspond with the directions. Unfortunately, two holes were drilled wrong, so I had to make due. That added nearly a half hour to what should have been a 30-minute assembly.
Once assembled, the treadmill works like a dream. My sensitive knees really appreciate the cushioning under the wide belt. The instrument panel is nicely laid out, easy to understand, and has a rack that's not only great for a book, but perfectly holds my iPad (part of the reason I bought it!)
Aside from the assembly issue, this is a great treadmill for the money. It has a good motor and the basic features a good treadmill needs, plus a heart rate monitor, and it can be folded up for vacuuming or clearing a little extra space.25 out of 25 found this review helpful.

Great Treadmill for the Price4

I've only had this for a few days now but so far its great for the price. The hardest part of the assembly was getting it out of the box. After that, it only took about 15 minutes to put together. A few bolts and screws and thats it. The display it comes with has pretty much everything you need. The pulse monitor is your typical "hand sensor" type which isn't 100% accurate, but gives you a good idea of your current heart rate. The pre-programed workouts are pretty good, and you can adjust the speed and incline as you go and still stay within the workout you chose. The deck is big enough where you don't have to worry about falling off, but small enough where it doesn't take up the whole room. The cup holders are nice, but not the best fit for an ipod like it claims.
There are 2 reasons I didn't rate this a 5 out of 5. The first one is when I first put the safety key in place the treadmill wouldn't work, but it also didn't indicate the key wasn't in the exact right spot. It took me a few minutes to realized you have to place the key as far down in the hole as it will go. The other negative is when you fold it, it doesn't fold up enough to really save much room. Not a big deal for me but if you think your going to fold it up and stick it in the corner, you won't.31 out of 33 found this review helpful.
