My only beef is that the plastic rim around the case is not very durable. I dropped my phone on the rug (not from very high) and the area where the USB charging cable plugs in bent significantly. It still charges, but could benefit from more durable plastic.

Excellent way to extend battery life

I am very happy with my purchase! My battery will usually last for two days. Case gives you the option to charge your battery with the flick of a switch. Only drawbacks are the short cord length and unit is a little pricey. Highly recommended.

The best case money can buy

Before I bought this case I was always looking for an outlet to make sure that I would make it through the day. Now, I don't even carry my cord. I typically flip the case on around 2:00 pm when my phone gets to 25%. By 3:30 my phone is back to 80% or higher.
Although I love the charge I get while out working, that is not why I am giving this case 5 stars. Last night, while out on my balcony, I dropped my phone and it fell 5 floors down to my neighbors concrete patio. I went down to grab what I assumed would be my destroyed iPhone and to my surprise the phone was laying there without a scratch and actually ringing! The case itself was destroyed, but a small price to pay since I still have almost a year left on my contract. There is no doubt in my mind that without this case my phone would have been in many pieces!!!!
Not only has this case giving me hundreds of hours of productivity, but it has now saved me a lot of money. I will be going to Best Buy tomorrow to purchase another one.

Worth every penny!

Almost daily, I use the "extra" battery in the case to recharge my phone - anywhere. I don't need a plug, I just need to flip the switch on the bottom of the phone. It's not a lightweight phone case, but you get used to the weight of it, and find that having the ability to charge anytime, anywhere is completely worth it.

Durable and fast charge

The day I got the Mophie that ended and I can sometimes make 2 full days without a charge. The one chink in the armor...The USB connection is not snug, broke when connecting. They replaced at no charge with receipt, but now I am extra careful when making the charge connection...I'd advise the same but overal, excellent product

The paint has continued to fall off and it looks really bad. The black case we purchased is also in bad shape. The silver ring is delaminating from the phone creating not only a bad look but a danger to me.
I contacted Mophie and they were unwilling to help me since I did not register the product. I went back to Best Buy and they told me since it had been longer than 30 days (32 to be exact) they would not help me either.
I'm stuck with $160 worthless product.

One charge and voila'. A full day if you are a heavy user or perhaps a couple if you are a regular user.
