Good phone. Great quality on calls, pretty good camera. My only complaint is the batter life, I wish it would last longer. But that's a problem with all 4G phones now.- Age : 25-34

Like I said before was not aware of the upfront charges. Instead of saving money my first bill is twice as much as I was paying before having AT & T service.- Age : 55-64

Better reception4

Overall, pretty good, The I get reception in my small town with this phone, where my old one was marginal at best, Easy to install email programs, even for someone like me who has never had hanything but a basic phone. Store did not back up my contacts, Verizon Customer Support, reactivated my old phone, got the contacts downloaded, then turned the new phone on and got them downloaded. (tech support) Verizon Customer support still deserves their poor rating, but tech support was great. However other companies have unlimited plans. If you have a router at home, this phone is very easy to set up to your router so you do not use your date time.- Age : 35-44

Wish I had bought the Razr Maxx4

If I had to do it over, I would buy the Razr Maxx for the longer battery life.
I've had the Razr 4G for over 5 weeks. This is my first Smartphone. It didn't take me long to load several apps. It's really nice that my PC sees the phone as a Flashdrive when connected with a cord. It can edit MS Excel and Word files and exchange them with the W8 PC.
It's nice to be able to speak and create text in a MS-Word document. My Bible software app works great. Internet surfing bookmarks are nice. Radio apps work fine but I haven't used them much yet. I don't do a lot of Internet while at work so usually just recharge the battery at night. I tried using the radio and headphones one day at work, then I had to recharge it during the day. This has been a reliable phone for me.
It just updated the operating system from Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean today. Pretty painless - took 20 minutes?- Age : 65 and above
