Posted by: smessner from Las Vegas, NV on 05/18/2013It took a little time to figure it out (had to read instructions darn), but when I did it works great. I am using it with a Samsung Charge and the Motospeak has excellent voice recognition. I can wear it all day without it hurting my ear. So far I only have had one person say they couldn't hear me, that was just after I got it and hadn't figured it out yet and since then all the rest say they can hear me very well.

I love this thing!

Posted by: Natab from Louisville on 03/13/2013I was extremely suprised after reading the reviews from folks who didn't like this. I use it with my Iphone 4s and have not had a single problem. I can leave the phone on the counter and walk out to my mailbox without dropping a call or not being able to listen to music/audiobook.
Callers have never been able to tell i'm using a handsfree device regardless of ambient noise (it does a great job filtering out kids, car noise, dog barking, etc).
It charges quickly on it's small base and lasts around 5 hours before needing another charge.
It's small and light to the point you don't even realize you have it on (I try not to look like 'that guy' that always wears a headset but its difficult when you don't realize it's there!). I also like it because it's not that noticeable when you have it on - it doesn't have a 'boom' mic hanging down the side of your face yet it's clear as a bell when you talk - i think it must be magic because I can't understand how it works....

Bad for Android 2.3 and higher
1
Posted by: sskkyymmaann from Sarasota, FL on 03/06/2013Don't buy this if you have Android ver2.3 Gingerbread or higher. The Best Buy description for this product is wrong. With 2.3 and higher, the unit will only announce the incoming call number and not the contact name and it will not ask if you want to answer or reject..... stay clear of this product

Poor Design
1
Posted by: Devildog77 from Stanwood, WA on 03/05/2013I loved the ability to have my text messages read to me and be able to speak to text. However after only two months of use the headset cracked right at the bend where it goes over the ear. I had to fix it with electrical tap, but I have to keep adjusting it to be able to hear anything.

Not so good!

Posted by: Ls9607 from on 02/27/2013I used it three times with the iPhone 4S. Every time I herd from the other person that I sounded muffled and that it was hard to hear me. Back to the store with it. Seri and text functions worked really good. That is the only reason it gets three stars. Love the design though. The case and charging ability is awesome.

Never again!!!!!!!

Posted by: GadgetMan32 from Pottstown, Pa on 02/12/2013I asked the Best Buy agent which product would be the best. He told me this Motorola bluetooth. After 2 min I found out he had no clue what he was talking about. I had to repeat myself 3 times before people could understand what I was saying. For $129 you better get great sound. This bluetooth is not worth $10.
Save yourself the return trip to best buy and do not get this bluetooth!

Worst Blue Tooth
1
Posted by: whitewolf1962 from Port Richey, FL on 12/15/2012The service agent said "Oh this is the best for my Galaxy Note" so I figured you get what you pay for so I paid the $129.99 well guess what that old saying does not work for this product. Do Not Waste your time or money. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. But now I learned.

not worth the money

Posted by: jses from covington, la on 12/08/2012I have been running though bluetooths headsets the last few week like nothing on end. these was the 2nd one I tried. I like to have my phone in my left pocket and my headset on the right ear, and with this it would cut in and out and a few people told me I sounded like I was in a box. one of the only good thing about this product was the free app that come with it that let use hear your text message and then reply with just your voice, but I found out it works with any headset so there you go. I am sure some people love this thing but I am a bigger guy and did not find this thing usefull The other head sets I have tried was the plantronics legend ( the best one so far) jawbone Icon. the phone I am use is a GS3.

No Friend for iPhone Users
1
Posted by: ckaps from Virginia on 11/28/2012Although it does connect to the iphone, you cannot utilize the features to change the Noise Canceling Feature. It connects, you sound like you are speaking thru a tin can.
I love the feel and that you don't really notice it in your ear. But it very undependable with the iPhone, sometimes it will get static, or disconnected. What a shame, that they only support the Android platform.
The other thing I do not like if you have a small ear, sometimes you need two hands to put it on your ear. It shouldn't be that hard.
