Why should I buy?1

My nieces & nephew wanted these but there just isn't enough info & don't bother asking a sales person. As usual, they know nothing a out them, just like almost anything else in the store. But that's another story we are watching play itself out on CNBC. I even went to toys website & other than a short video, there's just not enough info to convince me to press the buy button. I finally googled the toy and found a contact us link to the company, it's a phone number to call M-F 9-5! Amazing that a company making toys for iPod & iPad can't be reached via email, chat or text. It's the weekend, the kids wanted them but I have no time during the week to b calling about info on a toy. So, it's not shocking to see these marked down to $4.99 today. It's shocking how ppl start companies but have no clue how to execute the operation to b successful. Again, just like Best Buy. They have all these stores & some great merchandise plus there one of THE ONLY big box stores left & they are floundering, closing stores trying to "figure out" how to be a retailer. It's very sad to watch because the answer is not that hard. They should ask us, their customers. Or listen to us when we try to tell them what's wrong. Instead they'll go as far as give a laptop away free, which they did for me this past April, rather than do something about the reasons I complained! And I was going to pay for the laptop. I literally couldn't get the help I needed in the store to give them the money! Shockingly, that store has not changed one bit. U cud walk in today with $1,000 cash & not have one person ask u if u need assistance. Luckally, I've found a store somewhat near with a young man that works at the pick up window that's kind, knowledgable & courteous so I order online for store pickup. Unfort I recently bought a couple of laptops and tried getting help from the geek squad but was a waste of time so I'm just going to return it. My point is this plush toy company has basically the same problem. I doubt they survive, well watch & see. Meanwhile, my nieces & nephew are disappointed & I'm frustrated & annoyed again w Best Buy.
